Positives: Clean, Friendly Staff, Good Food, fantastic pool, e-bikes, and great local outdoor recreation. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Cons: no-electric vehicle charging stations for our Tesla, concierge would have been nice (we had to figure out all the outdoor adventures on our own), the restaurant seating area is nice, but more of an experience is needed

This hotel was by far one of the best services I have received in a long time. The hotel management and staff were all very professional, accommodating, and absolutely amazing. We celebrated a birthday and reserved a banquet room at the hotel. Food was 10/10. Presentation was 10/10. Anything you needed from the staff they not only did it but assisted tremendously in ensuring we had an amazing time and everything went smoothly for our party. This hotel was also super clean!! The amenities including the outdoor space was beautiful landscaped and the views were out of this world. Thank you so much to the staff we appreciate everything you did. Can’t wait to be back.

This is a beautiful hotel, and the nice lady at the bar (Mary, I think) made my stay even better. She was pleasant and welcoming, and answered my questions about places to go and things to do in the area. She had local beer and wine available, and made good snacks for the kids, too.

Terina is such a kind woman! She was so sweet and thoughtful to me and my son and offered us help whenever we needed it. I ordered a wagyu burger with some fries and my son enjoyed it very much. I really wish more food service employees were as kind as her.

Pablo at the breakfast bar was very helpful and friendly! The views from our room were wonderful and the room was quite comfortable. Although, we were surprised to check in during a power outage and had to leave the hotel the first half of the day which we were not too thrilled about, everything else was delightful. I will mention that the outage caused our fridge and ac unit to never properly work to thier full potential either. I also want to mention the amazing chef on the grill outside, he was absolutely accommodating and the burgers were straight .

Had a magnificent experience at the Springhill Suites in Auburn. The girls working behind the bar were stellar. To be pacific. Jasmine and Jess were phenomenal. They both displayed the ideal warming and welcoming attitude. They exhibited the best Professionalism I've witnessed to this day.

Mariayne is amazing and beyond helpful. So nice and welcoming. Made our evening awesome. Your character requirement is lowering my review. Focus on your employees instead of arbitrary metrics, especially mariayne. Lower your beer prices you greedy people. You're lucky to have Mariayne otherwise we would leave.

I had an exceptional experience at the bar, all thanks to our bartender, Terina. From the moment we arrived, Terina was welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Her drink recommendations were outstanding, and each cocktail she crafted was a masterpiece. Terina’s friendly demeanor and professional service made our evening unforgettable. She truly knows how to elevate the bar experience with her expertise and warm personality. I highly recommend Terina to anyone looking for top-notch service and delightful drinks. Comfortable and clean stay. Promptly greeted by Paris who kindly got us an early check in and nice and helpful throughout. The room looked new and clean. Water stations and ice available. We didnt get to try out the pool or gym but they looked new and well maintained. Would definitely stay again.
